We have heard every excuse in the book! Hats can not be return unless damaged. In the case of a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and we will repair the item or issue a credit towards your next order. All tags must still be attached. We do not exchange for a different style nor color. All returns require a return authorization number. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that can track your package and insure your order for its full value! If your shipment is lost before it is delivered back to us, we are not responsible and no credit will be issue.


Refused Packages:
If you are an established customer and your order is delivered and refused, a 25% restocking and delivery fee will be charged to your credit card. . If you are a new customer you will be charged a 25% restocking and delivery charge when you place your next order. (No Exceptions) No orders will be processed if this issue exists!


Wholesalers:
Please have a valid resale licensee. We will verify all resale license before we establish your account and process your order.

Checks:
If you have a established account and your check is accepted your order will be processed after your check has cleared. If you want your order to process faster please use a credit card.


Refunds:
Refunds are given in the form of store credit ONLY. We do not issue refunds for shipping & handling.


Legal Agreement
You will receive a discloser with every order and please understand that the discloser is legally binding. We have the right to refuse any order.
